Visits are tailored to your needs, and guided by you. They may include a combination of the following:

  • Nourishing organic meals, snacks and drinks. Includes large savoury meal (4-6 serves), one batch of snacks for the week and a 1L tea/elixer. 

  • Extra meal preparation/cooking of meals of your choice during my visits (client provides ingredients for meal)

  • Traditional chinese and ayurvedic healing postpartum practices

  • Mothers warming treatments

  • Healing baths & soaks

  • Massage

  • Breastfeeding Support and guidance and referral to local Lactation Consultants I have personally worked with on my own breastfeeding journeys.

  • Recommendation of nutritional supplements if required and ordering of supplements for a discounted price (invoiced seperately)

  • Light housework duties (such as washing, tidying of kitchen, dishes, change of sheets)

  • Assistance with siblings

  • Basic errands and grocery collection on way to/from visit (invoiced separately if required)

  • Information on newborn care, breastfeeding and postpartum health

  • Belly binding

  • Phone and text support during our time together

  • Referral to local practitioners & services as required

All nourishing postpartum packages are inclusive of:

  • 1-2 hour postpartum planning session prior to the birth of your babe where we can go over what you need to heal and thrive, and how we can make this happen in your own individual circumstances.

  • Weekly 3 hour visits for duration of support dependant on package selected (eg 2 week package = 2 x visits)

  • Extra visits can be added to your package for an investment of $300/extra visit

  • Add on - Postpartum mini pamper hamper dropped at your doorstep (hospital/home) within first 48 hours post birth for an extra investment of $100.

This package is perfect for a little extra support during the first fortnight of your postpartum, whilst you're in the fresh newborn bubble​​

This package provides nourishment and care during the first month of your babies life, whilst you really get to know each other.

Originally the baby moon referred to the first 40 days or 6 weeks post birth.

This package holds you throughout this extended period and encompasses the full postpartum care experience
